RabatSuites: Guest Terms and House Rules
1. Use of the Accommodation
Guests must declare the correct number of occupants, including children, at booking. Entry may be denied to unregistered individuals.
2. Conduct
Guests should act respectfully and consider neighbours. Disruptive activities (e.g., loud music, excessive noise, or parties) that lead to complaints may result in eviction.
Quiet Hours:
Weekdays: 10:00 p.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Weekends & Holidays: Midnight – 10:00 a.m.
During these hours, all noise that may disturb neighbours is prohibited.
3. Property Care
Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment and may be liable for any damage or loss. RabatSuites is not responsible for guests’ belongings. Lost keys will require a lock change at the guest’s expense.
4. Prohibited Actions
Guests may not:
- Bring extra furniture or make alterations without consent.
- Exceed the maximum capacity set at booking.
- Use the apartment for non-residential purposes.
- Bring flammable or hazardous materials.
- Disrupt the building’s peaceful environment.
- Use unauthorized appliances that increase utility costs.
- Operate noisy appliances before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m.
- Host disruptive parties.
- Bring pets without prior approval.
- Smoke in the apartment.
5. Vacating the Apartment
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental. Authorities may be involved for eviction if necessary.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Follow safety, hygiene, and community rules.
Respect the apartment, its furnishings, and facilities.
